Practical wholesale ordering terms before fulfillment.

N. M. Koch Co confirms shipping and payment details after an order request is placed so the final invoice reflects accurate carrier rates and order handling.

    Order minimum

    We try to keep a $100 dollar order minimum.

  2. 02

    Order confirmation

    After an order is placed we will reach out to confirm shipping information and payment info if necessary.

    Shipping

    All orders sent UPS or USMail. Pallet shipping is available and can be coordinated on a case by case basis.

  4. 04

    Shipping rates

    Shipping will be calculated based on the rates provided by shipping carriers and added to your invoice before payment.

    Herb sales

    All herb sales are final.

  6. 06

    Returns

    Returns of unwanted merchandise must be authorized within 10 days of invoice date, and must be returned in original condition with prepaid freight. We will gladly give you a credit on your next order for the returned inventory.

    Should you discover an issue with your order please let us know, we will gladly work to fix any mistakes!
